The main objective of this unique competition was to familiarize our talented students with the art of no-fire cooking, encouraging creativity and innovation in the kitchen.

We had an enthusiastic participation with 12 teams showcasing their culinary skills without using fire!

Congratulations to the top 3 winning teams who amazed us with their creativity and were awarded certificates for their outstanding performances!

Empowering Future Tech Leaders: IHGI Students Gain Real-World Experience at Sensation Solutions

 

Our BCA 1st Semester, BCA 5th Semester, and MCA 1st Semester students from Innocent Hearts Group of Institutes embarked on an insightful professional visit to Sensation Solutions in Mohali.

This visit offered a deep dive into the Software Development Lifecycle, covering crucial stages such as requirement gathering, specification conversion, product development, Quality Assurance (QA), and digital marketing. Students gained valuable insights into the roles of key team members, including the Release Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Designer, Quality Analyst, Developer, and Digital Marketing Specialist.

Interactive sessions and hands-on activities allowed students to bridge the gap between academic concepts and real-world applications, seeing firsthand how each role plays a vital part in the success of a project.

The visit wrapped up with an essential reminder: success in the tech industry is built on a strong foundation of knowledge, collaboration, and continuous learning. This experience has undoubtedly inspired our students to innovate and make a meaningful impact in the technology sector.

Exciting Quiz Competition at IHGI's Management Department!

Management Department at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions recently organized a Quiz Competition that saw enthusiastic participation from 96 management students across various semesters (MBA, B.COM, BBA). The event, which was led by our esteemed Director Dr. Gagandeep Kaur Dhanju, Director Operations Mr. Rahul Jain, and HOD Dr. Divakar Joshi, consisted of three challenging rounds designed to test the knowledge and quick thinking of our students.

Highlights of the Quiz Competition:

Round 1: Current Affairs (July-August 2024) with 30 questions, focusing on Political, Economics, Sports, Awards, and Achievements.

Round 2: Management-related questions where teams were formed, and the top-scoring teams moved forward.

Round 3: Taglines and company logos – the final battle!

Innocent Hearts Stands Against Injustice: Candlelight March for Kolkata Doctor's Rape-Murder Case

 

The Student Council of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions came together in a moving candlelight march to protest the brutal rape and murder of a young doctor in Kolkata. Both male and female students united in a powerful stand against gender-based violence, making their voices heard for justice.

With candles in hand and hearts full of resolve, participants marched with placards and chanted slogans demanding swift justice for the victim and stronger laws to protect women. The event concluded with a solemn moment of silence and a heartfelt pledge to continue fighting for women's safety and rights.

The Department of Hotel Management at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, Loharan, recently organized an insightful industrial visit for our BHMCT 7th & 5th-semester students to Hungry Point, Eastwood Village, Jalandhar-Phagwara Road.

During this visit, our students gained valuable hands-on experience in restaurant operations, including:

Understanding the use of different types of sauces

Learning the art of dough preparation

Exploring the software used at Hungry Point for billing and order management

Mastering customer interaction and satisfaction techniques

This experience was a fantastic opportunity for our students to enhance their practical skills and apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. We are proud of our students for their enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!

Cricket Tournament at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions: Sparkling Starlets and Super Strikers Emerge Victorious

The IHGI campus was alive with energy as students showcased their incredible talent and sportsmanship in a thrilling cricket tournament!

With fierce competition on both the boys' and girls' sides, the Sparkling Starlets and Super Strikers emerged as the champions of their respective divisions. The matches were a true display of skill, teamwork, and determination, keeping the spectators on the edge of their seats!

Innocent Hearts Hosts Successful Fire Drill Event

In a proactive effort to enhance safety and preparedness, Innocent Hearts Group  organized a comprehensive fire drill event in all the five schools, Green Model Town,Loharan, Cantt.- Jandiala Road, Noorpur Road,Kpt Road , College of Education and in  Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions. The drill was conducted under the expert guidance of a resource person from the Jalandhar Fire Department, aiming to educate students on how to effectively handle fire emergencies.

The event began with an informative session where the fire department representative provided crucial insights into fire safety protocols. Students were taught how to identify potential fire hazards, use fire extinguishers, and execute safe evacuation procedures. The session also included practical demonstrations, enabling students to witness firsthand the correct techniques for responding to different fire situations.

The fire drill was conducted seamlessly, with students actively participating and demonstrating a keen understanding of the procedures. The resource person commended the students and staff for their prompt response and adherence to safety guidelines.

Dr Anup Bowry , chairman of Innocent Hearts  expressed appreciation for the fire department's support and emphasized the importance of such drills in fostering a safe learning environment. He mentioned that "Safety is our top priority, and this drill has equipped our students with essential skills to handle emergencies. We are grateful to the Jalandhar Fire Department for their invaluable guidance."
