Successful Industrial Visit by Hotel Management Students!

 

The Department of Hotel Management at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, Loharan, recently organized an insightful industrial visit for our BHMCT 7th & 5th-semester students to Hungry Point, Eastwood Village, Jalandhar-Phagwara Road.

During this visit, our students gained valuable hands-on experience in restaurant operations, including:

Understanding the use of different types of sauces

Learning the art of dough preparation

Exploring the software used at Hungry Point for billing and order management

Mastering customer interaction and satisfaction techniques

This experience was a fantastic opportunity for our students to enhance their practical skills and apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. We are proud of our students for their enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!
