National Nutrition Week 2024 Celebrations at IHGI


The Department of Medical Sciences along with Science Club at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions celebrated National Nutrition Week 2024 from September 1 - September 8 with the theme “Nutritious Diet for All”. 🎉
To bring awareness about healthy eating, our department was divided into five groups, each focusing on a specific vitamin/mineral. The groups prepared both presentations and economical meals rich in that nutrient, showcasing how a nutritious diet can be accessible to all.
🍽️ The meals, prepared with love, were sold within the campus on September 6, during break hours, priced between ₹10-₹20!

2️⃣ Mineral Iron
3️⃣ Vitamin C
4️⃣ Mineral Potassium
5️⃣ Vitamin B
