The Counselling Cell of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organized an engaging “Chill & Skill Session” aimed at promoting mental well-being and stress management among students. The session was conducted by Ms. Sharmila Nakra, CBSE Resource Person and Deputy Director – Cultural Affairs, who created a supportive and interactive environment for students to express themselves and grow emotionally.
The session featured a variety of creative and meaningful activities designed to encourage self-awareness and positivity. Through the Newspaper Activity, students celebrated their individuality and uniqueness. The Balloon Activity helped them release stress and let go of negative thoughts, while the Positive Thinking Tree inspired them to build optimism and emotional strength.
Students actively participated in all activities, feeling relaxed, motivated, and more aware of their emotions. The session effectively emphasized the importance of self-acceptance, positivity, and maintaining mental well-being.
The Chill & Skill Session proved to be a valuable initiative, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to nurturing happier, healthier, and emotionally strong individuals.
