Guided by Mr. Gourav, Assistant HR Manager, the session offered valuable insights into ITC’s diverse business operations, product portfolio, and career opportunities. Students toured the Biscuit Division and Beverage Division, witnessing cutting-edge automation, stringent quality standards, and sustainable manufacturing practices. This hands-on exposure helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world FMCG operations, empowering students with practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of industry dynamics.
