From Dough to Delicious: Pizza Workshop at Innocent Hearts

 The 1st Semester BHMCT and BVoc Hospitality & Catering students of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions showcased their culinary creativity in an engaging Pizza Making Workshop. This hands-on session guided students through the complete process—from exploring the origins of pizza and preparing the perfect dough to crafting flavorful sauces, assembling fresh toppings, baking to perfection, and presenting dishes with professional finesse. The workshop not only strengthened their culinary skills and confidence but also gave them valuable exposure to professional kitchen practices, making learning both delicious and memorable.
